“Economic prosperity doesn’t just happen. It takes commitment from the entire innovation ecosystem for a company like Intel to successfully compete in the global economy. That includes delivering infrastructure, services, streamlined permitting and problem solving. Intel has invested over $9 billion in our Chandler operations along the Price Corridor since 1996 because our community chooses to compete.”

Infrastructure and Access

Price Corridor is the foremost example in how strategic investments in infrastructure and long-term planning can positively shape a community.

High-capacity utilities, preserved employment sites, well-placed parks and numerous residential options make the area appealing to companies and individuals alike. This burgeoning high-technology center along with friendly neighborhoods, excellent schools and a thriving shopping and dining scene has made the Price Corridor a powerful magnet for brainpower and notable industry leaders.

“ For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with companies who chose to locate in Price Corridor. Robust infrastructure, available property and an excellent workforce attract them here initially, but I think they continue to expand here because it’s an amenity-rich corporate neighborhood that is comfortable, yet productive.”
