Abundance of quality retail development opportunities 
 

Casa Paloma/Chandler Pavilions/Chandler Gateway Autopark
(I-10 and Ray Road)

Casa Paloma and Chandler Pavilions combine to provide over one million square feet of both unique upscale shopping and large national retailers.  Casa Paloma is anchored by AJs Fine Foods with additional tenants, including Ann Taylor, Banana Republic Talbots, The Gap and Bath and Body Works, and a restaurant mix including Fleming’s Prime Steaks, Z Tejas, Pei Wei, Tomaso’s and Buca Di Beppo. Chandler Pavilions is anchored by Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Ultimate Electronics, Polar Ice Chandler, and a Courtyard by Marriott.  Additional restaurants in the area include Sandbar, Charleston’s, Outback, Carrabba’s, Red Lobster, In-N-Out Burger and Jason’s Deli.  Shop space and restaurant pads are available. Chandler Gateway Autopark consists of several desirable luxury auto brands including BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi as well as Ford and Chevrolet. 
 
 

Crossroads Towne Center/Mill Crossing/Chandler 202 Autopark
(Loop 202 and Gilbert Road)

Crossroads Towne Center is a power center anchored by Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, PetSmart, Staples and a Harkins Theatre.  Restaurants include Olive Garden, Village Inn, YC’s Mongolian, Chick-Fil-A, In-N-Out Burger, Applebee’s, Red Lobster, Chili’s, Texas Roadhouse. 

Mill Crossing is anchored by JC Penney and Sears Appliance Store, with restaurants including Native New Yorker and McDonald’s. 
The Chandler 202 Autopark is a 100-acre site that is home to Toyota, Nissan, Honda and Subaru dealerships, with the potential for up to twelve dealerships.  
 
 

Chandler Fashion Center/Chandler Festival/Chandler Gateway/Chandler Village Center
(Loop 101 and Chandler Boulevard)

Chandler Fashion Center provides an upscale shopping experience with Nordstrom, Macy’s, Dillard’s, Sears, Harkins Theatres as anchor tenants.  Restaurants include Benihana’s, PF Chang’s, Cheesecake Factory, Firebirds, Majerle’s, Chili’s and BJ’s Brewery, Kona Grill and The Keg. 

The affiliated power centers near the mall are home to several anchor retailers, including Target, Costco, Ultimate Electronics, The Great Indoors and Lowe’s as well as restaurants such as Abuelo’s, Outback, Black Angus, Olive Garden, In-N-Out Burger, McDonald’s, Chick-Fil-A (Coming Soon), Jason’s Deli and Chompies. Directly across the Price Freeway from Chandler Fashion Center is the first new full-service Hilton Hotel built in the Phoenix metro area in over 30 years. The 197-room facility has pad space available – which is envisioned for an upscale restaurant.
 
 

Downtown Ocotillo
(Dobson Road and Queen Creek Road)

Downtown Ocotillo is a mixed-use, lifestyle center that is located in the exclusive Ocotillo area of Chandler, near Fulton Ranch - a 520-acre master planned community - and within a few miles of both I-10 and the Santan Freeway.  The center’s anchor is a Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market, with unique shops and restaurants, including The Living Room (wine bar), Sauce, The Egg and I and Port of Subs.  A hotel is planned for future development, and shop space is available.  
 
 

Shops at Pecos Ranch
(Dobson Road and Germann Road)


The Shops at Pecos Ranch is one of Chandler newest and most upscale neighborhood centers.  Restaurants will include local favorites – Oregano’s and Tia Rosa’s – along with a preschool, day spa and fitness center.  Shop and pad space is available.
