Trash to Treasure Program
Trash to Treasure is operated by the City of Chandler for residents dropping off waste at the Recycling Solid Waste Collection Center.  Gently used items are sorted by residents and dropped off at donation bins on site. The City of Chandler does not collect reusable items through bulk for this program as many of the
