The seven member Commission is a recommending body that reviews zoning applications such as Rezoning, Preliminary Development Plan, Area Plan, and Use Permits as well as policies and Zoning Code amendments. The Commission reviews development and land use requests in accordance with the City's adopted General Plan, Zoning Code, and City adopted plans and policies to make a recommendation to the City Council. The packet will be available after 4:00 p.m. on the Friday before the meeting.
