Register online via the Internet

• Make changes and updates to your registration
• Register your demographics and commodity class/sub-class information
• Receive current solicitation notices via email

When registered you will be notified of formal bid and proposal opportunities in the commodity or service categories you have registered under.

Formal purchases are more than $50,000. One method of notifying potential bidders of formal purchases is through the use of a vendor list. The frequency of use of a vendor list is dependant upon the City's need in an individual category.  You do not have to be registered to respond to a bid or proposal issued by the City.

In addition to vendors lists, formal purchases are publicly advertised.  You may access current Chandler bids and proposals on the Internet, in the Arizona Republic Newspaper and on Chandler Cable TV Channel 11.

System Maintenance
The City's Information Technology Division runs routine maintenance checks every Wednesday night between 5 and 9 p.m. (MST) on the Vendor Registration system. The system during these times may not be available.
