The State of Arizona and its Cities and Towns continue to work together toward the goal of simplifying the manner in which taxpayers report and pay their Transaction Privilege Tax. This process is a major undertaking and we appreciate your patience with us, and the Arizona Department of Revenue during the transition. Chandler taxpayers should continue to report and pay their city taxes directly to Chandler, at this time. Important changes in tax reporting are coming soon. The transition to centralized Transaction Privilege Tax licensing and reporting begins January 1, 2017, so starting with the January 2017 tax return (due in February 2017), you will file your Chandler tax directly with the Arizona Department of Revenue. For more information on what this means to you, click here.
