Chandler Municipal Airport and the Airpark Area include locations for aviation uses, including through the fence access, major employment, office, flex-tech, manufacturing, light industrial, high tech and research & development uses. Complimentary uses in the Airpark include mixed-use commercial and mixed density residential development. A key element of the Airpark Area includes easy access to the Loop 202 Freeway and many pedestrian amenities, such as the Paseo Trail. Chandler’s Airpark Area, one of five employment centers in Chandler, is gaining ground as an emerging employment center. The Airpark is also located within the Chandler Enterprise Zone offering tax incentives to qualifying employers.

Chandler Municipal Airport’s 4,850 ft parallel runway and sophisticated infrastructure assures pilots of virtually no delays and expedited entry into the National Air Space System. The airport is situated along the San Tan Freeway and is just 10 minutes away from Interstate 10. The Union Pacific Railway runs through a portion of the Airpark Area.
