Swim Lesson & Swim Team Registration Tips

Need to know the best way to register for swim classes? Below are some helpful tips.

1.
We recommend that customers register
using our new online registration system.

Online registrations is easy to use and
in most cases it is faster than mail-in or
drop-off registration methods.

2.
If you choose to use a paper registration form from the Break Time Recreation Guide,
we recommend that you use the one titled
Aquatics Class Registration Application Form.
If you use the same registration form for
swim lessons and other special interest
recreation classes, such as Apples to
Zebras, it may delay the processing
of your registration request.

3.
Phone-in or faxed registration forms
will NOT be accepted.

Instructions for mailing or hand
delivering your application forms are
here:
  Mail-In or Drop-Off Registration.

4.
On your form, please list
FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD CLASS
CHOICE, TIME, SESSION,
and POOL PREFERRED!
If only one class choice is listed and
class is full, participant will be placed on
a wait list.

5.
Please fill out the registration form
completely. Enter full name of student,
address, home phone and emergency
phone numbers, and age. Please sign
form. ONE registration form per family.
If you need additional forms, you can
make copies or access the form on our
web site and print it out on your
home printer.

6.
Fees for each class must be paid at
the time of registration. If paying by
check, please write separate checks for
each class. If one check is submitted
and your child is placed on a waiting
list, a credit will be put on your account.

7.
Your registration form is an APPLICATION.
IT DOES NOT ENSURE PLACEMENT
IN A CLASS! You will receive a confirmation
receipt in the mail or email
to verify enrollment in
a class. If your class choices are full, you
will be placed on a waiting list.

8.
If you are placed on a wait list,
the Aquatics Office will notify you
should an opening come available.
Notification may come as late the
start of the class.

9.
A student may register for a
maximum of ONE (1) class per
session. A student may register for
more than one class per session
only after the session has started
and space is available. The full class
fee will still be charged even if they
missed the first day of the class.
We do not prorate any of our class fees.
