Six Chandler aquatic centers and pools to open for summer season

Chandler residents can enjoy a summer full of low-cost swimming and water park fun at the City’s six aquatic facilities. Five of the six facilities opened on a limited basis throughout May and for the Memorial Day weekend, and all six will be open for full-time summer operations by June 4.

Hours of operation for all aquatics facilities vary greatly throughout the year and can be accessed online at www.chandleraz.gov/aquatics, in the City’s Break Time recreation guide, or by calling 480-782-2733. The hours for each facility are established to coincide with the school calendar for the district in which each facility is located. Daily operations at most facilities cease once school resumes. However, some locations maintain weekend hours into September, and the Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center operates year-round on a limited basis.

Each of the facilities also features a Free Swim period and a $1 Family Night on one day or evening each week. There are also special events held throughout the season. Event calendars for each facility are available at www.chandleraz.gov/aquatics.

Admission fees for all Chandler aquatic centers and pools are:
  § Children (2-17 years old) $0.50
  § Adult (18-54 years) $1.50
  § Senior Adult (55 and older) $0.75
Season passes and discounted punch cards are also available.

The six Chandler aquatic facilities are:
  § Arrowhead Pool, 1475 W. Erie St.
§ Desert Oasis Aquatic Center, 1400 W. Summit Pl.
  § Folley Pool, 600 E. Fairview
§ Hamilton Aquatic Center, 3838 S. Arizona Ave.
§ Mesquite Groves Aquatic Center, 5901 S. Hillcrest Dr.
§ West Chandler Aquatic Center, 250 S. Kyrene Rd.

Call the City’s Aquatics Hotline at (480) 782-2733 for more information.
