The Desert Cancer Foundation of Arizona will cover the cost for non-insured or under-insured patients. Patients under the age of 30 must provide a doctor’s referral. Interested residents must bring their insurance card, doctor’s name and address and location of prior mammogram films. Appointments are highly encouraged and now being accepted at 480-967-3767 or 1-800-285-0272.
