Spend an afternoon learning about the creative, visionary minds of architect Frank Lloyd Wright and town founder Dr. A.J. Chandler and their collaborations throughout Chandler. Chandler Museum staff member, Derek Horn, will share the relationship and the projects these men built and collaborated on in their brief friendship. After a fateful meeting, Dr. Chandler pitched projects for a grand hotel near South Mountain and Frank Lloyd Wright immediately set up the Ocatilla Camp to begin the architectural designs. Come listen to learn about the unfinished project of the San Marcos in the Desert and imagine what could have been created if they had been able to complete the project.
