Since 2016, you’ve selected Tumbleweed Recreation Center as the “Best Place to Exercise in Chandler,” an honor that exemplifies the highest level of excellence in facility design, fitness amenities, programming and initiatives that enhance personal wellness. As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you the best in the fitness industry, we’ve launched a series of fitness floor capital improvement projects under the Better Workouts Ahead banner.

Better Workouts Ahead

Tumbleweed Recreation remodel projects will enhance the fitness floor layout, provide a more efficient stretching area, incorporate the latest information technology in fitness equipment, and improve guest comfort and convenience. Together they mean better workouts ahead.

Renovations will take place over the month of Nov. and begin on the fourth.

As with any construction project, there will be some temporary adjustments to everyday operations that guests may experience. We appreciate your patience while these improvements are made. Each week we will send membership an email providing ongoing updates on progress and what to expect in the week ahead. You’ll even be able to watch our time-lapse video progress.

As always, we will do all we can to minimize any inconvenience.

Renovation Recompenses

We know being physically active can help you lead a healthier and happier life. That’s why Tumbleweed Recreation remains committed to making sure it’s easy for you to maintain your fitness routine during the Center’s extensive remodel. It’s in this spirit that we’d like to offer all of members and guests free drop-in Group X programs, Open Gym and Cardio Activities. Additionally, membership pass holders will receive workout days back equivalent to the length of renovation.
