Take a leisurely walk around the lake at Veterans Oasis Park and observe signs paying tribute to several Chandler Veterans who have honorably served in the U.S. Military, then stop by the Field of Honor at the southwest corner of the park near Chandler Heights and Lindsay roads.
The veterans featured along the Path of Honor were selected from Chandler’s Veterans Database and the Chandler Museum’s existing collection.
The Path of Honor is available to the public beginning the afternoon of Monday, Nov. 1 through Nov. 30, and is viewable during normal park hours of 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

If you are a veteran and would like to share your story, or if you would like to share the story of a family member who served, add your information to our Veterans Database. The information will be used as a foundation for future initiatives to honor the service and continue to tell the stories of Chandler’s veterans.
In addition, the Museum welcomes donations of photographs and objects which help to tell our veterans’ stories. High-res digital photos of the veteran during his or her service can be submitted using the Veterans Database Form.
To donate original photographs, scrapbooks, uniforms or other items that help document a veteran’s story, please contact Chandler Museum Collections Coordinator Nate Meyers at 480-782-2877.
