The Tool Lending Program allows Chandler residents, nonprofits and community organizations to check out yard care tools to keep their homes and properties maintained year-round. Tools may only be used for residential or volunteer projects in Chandler. Tools can be checked out Wednesdays or Fridays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and must be picked up at the City of Chandler Neighborhood Resources Office, located at 235 S. Arizona Avenue.
