Moving in the Right Direction with Destination Downtown Chandler
The excitement in Downtown Chandler is going to get even better with beautiful walkways, outside dining and a hip urban feel with the City’s improvements to Arizona Ave. Construction begins Monday, March 8. Green Life Now Workshops

Next Green Life Now workshop takes place March 11
A series of monthly workshops, titled “Your Green Life Now!,” will give residents information that will reduce water and energy use. The free classes will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center, 745 E. Germann Road. The next seminar is March 11.

Did you know...
On Friday, March 23, the City Clerk’s Office processed 105 passport applications, smashing the previous record of 89 applications set on March 19, 2004, and again on March 16, 2007. In addition to passports, the Clerk’s office also processed 15 marriage licenses on the 23rd. The record for marriage licenses processed in a single day is 28, which occurred on Dec. 20, 2006.
