Dr. Sean Preuss is the Fitness Coordinator at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center. He has instructed over 13,000 as a personal trainer, and was an Exercise Science Professor at three universities. He earned a Doctorate of Education in Kinesiology from UNC Greensboro and a Master of Science in Exercise and Wellness from ASU.
