Purchasing Division

The Purchasing Division is the City of Chandler’s centralized authority responsible for securing the services, supplies, materials and equipment for all city departments and divisions. 



Mission 

To maintain a Centralized Purchasing System consisting of procurement and material control, which is designed to maximize the effectiveness of the tax dollar, while providing timely and adequate support of the City’s needs for materials and services.

To be leaders in the field of public procurement and strategic sourcing, bringing value and efficiency to each procurement while at the same time operating within City policy, Code and sound business practices.
