Neighborhood Preservation

Neighborhood Preservation bridges Code Enforcement and Neighborhood Programs to better serve Chandler residents.

The Code Enforcement arm promotes public health, safety, and general welfare of the City by protecting neighborhoods from blight, decline, and deterioration through the education and enforcement of the City’s zoning, sign, and neighborhood maintenance codes.

Neighborhood Programs fosters community building by facilitating communication among neighbors, educating and empowering residents through training and development, assisting those in need, and partnering with organizations to connect residents with resources.

Together, the Neighborhood Preservation team strives to enhance the quality of life in Chandler, connect residents with resources and services and engage neighbors in leading their communities.
