Earth Day Celebration
The Chandler Earth Day Celebration brings the community together to show Mother Earth some love! Discover ways to live an eco-friendly lifestyle through crafts, activities, and information booths featuring a variety of organizations. Enjoy a day at the Chandler Nature Center and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Veteran's Oasis Park while learning about conservation and sustainability.
10 - 11 a.m. | Special Saguaro Talk
Guest Speaker Dr. Tania Hernández, Research Scientist at the Desert Botanical Garden, discusses the state of saguaros in Arizona, conservation, and environmental changes that are threatening saguaros in our urban desert environment.
Please note, outdoor activities may be canceled due to inclement weather.
