The City of Chandler, its vendors, suppliers, Internet service providers, partners, affiliates and agents, and the employees and contractors thereof, are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your claim due to technical difficulties or for any other cause. All risk in connection with e-filing your claim by or through the City of Chandler e-filing claims portal shall be borne by you, and the City of Chandler, its vendors, suppliers, Internet service providers, partners, affiliates and agents, and the employees and contractors thereof, shall have no liability in connection therewith.
Use of the City of Chandler e-filing claims portal does not alter or extend any statutory deadlines governing the filing of your claim. Failure to meet any statutory deadlines governing your claim will not be excused even if the failure to meet the statutory deadline is caused by any delay or non-delivery of your claim due to any technical difficulties or electronic malfunction relating to your use of the City of Chandler e-filing claims portal.
