The milestone caps a construction journey that began just over a year
CHANDLER, Ariz. — All Copy Products (ACP), the Denver-based office technology dealership, and its IT division Verticomm, announced the completion of their new 39,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility at 6640 W. Chicago St.
The new facility, located in West Chandler, represents a significant upgrade in both scale and capability to match the company’s next 50 years of growth. Of the total footprint, 19,400 square feet is dedicated for office space use while the remaining 20,000 square feet is allotted for storage and warehouse operations. The warehouse alone is nearly five times larger than the company's previous location, with double the ceiling height.
A further look inside reveals a two-story office that includes a client-facing demo room for showcasing equipment in action, a freight elevator for moving products between floors, and a second-floor mezzanine overlooking the warehouse that connects the office and operations sides of the business. Employees also have access to an onsite fitness center, an investment in the people who make the work happen.
"Chandler gave us exactly what we were looking for: a community that's growing the way we're growing," said Brad Knepper, President of ACP and Verticomm. "We didn't just want a bigger building. We wanted the right building, in the right city, for the next chapter of this company, and Chandler is where we're planting those roots."
City leaders welcomed the investment as further evidence of Chandler's standing as a destination for growing technology and business services companies.

The project was built by LGE Design Build. ACP and Verticomm will celebrate the new facility with an official grand opening event in fall 2026, with details to be announced.
