CHANDLER, Ariz. – Mayor Kevin Hartke and the Chandler City Council invite the community to the Chandler’s State of the City annual event on Thursday, Feb. 12, at the Chandler Center for the Arts, 250 N. Arizona Ave.

The doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the Lobby Experience, a pre-event community reception with free food samples from local restaurants. The program kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with the national anthem and pledge of allegiance led by Chandler youth.

The State of the City event will feature the America 250 display of “27 Flags: Our History Through the Stars and Stripes” that represent the evolution of our nation’s flag. Chandler Museum has curated historical facts to accompany each flag.
