CHANDLER, Ariz. – DPC Companies hosted a groundbreaking event for the Chandler Innovation Park, a three-building industrial park that will offer approximately 327,776 square feet of premier industrial space. The 21-acre site at the northeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ryan Road is in the heart of the Airpark Area, Chandler’s fastest growing employment corridor.
Designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users, the Chandler Innovation Park’s three Class A buildings will range from 39,000 square feet to 190,000 square feet, with flexible layouts for tenants from 20,000 square feet to full-building users. The park features 28’ to 32’ clear heights, multiple grade-level and dock-high doors, and fully fenced and secured truck courts—perfectly positioned to meet the demands of manufacturing, logistics, and light industrial tenants.
