CHANDLER, Ariz. – Chandler city offices will have special holiday schedules on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, 2026 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
- City administrative offices will be closed Friday, July 3.
- All Chandler Public Libraries (Downtown, Basha, Hamilton, Sunset) will be open on Friday, July 3, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and will be closed on Saturday, July 4.
- The Chandler Museum will be closed on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.
- The box office and the gallery at the Center for the Arts will be closed July 3 - 5.
- The Vision Gallery will be closed on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. It will be open all remaining Saturdays in July.
- All Chandler pools — Arrowhead, Desert Oasis, Folley, Hamilton, Mesquite Groves and Nozomi, will open at their regular time (times vary) and will close at 5 p.m.
- Chandler's Community Center, Senior Center and Nature Center will be open on Friday, July 3, from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. and closed Saturday, July 4.
- Snedigar Recreation Center will be closed to the general public but open for camps on Friday, July 3 and closed on Saturday, July 4.
- Chandler Tennis Center at Tumbleweed Park will be open on Friday, July 3, from 6:30 - 10:30 a.m. and closed on Saturday, July 4.
- Tumbleweed Recreation Center (TRC) will be open on Friday, July 3, from 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. and closed on Saturday, July 4.
- Recycling and trash will be collected on the holiday.
- The Recycling-Solid Waste Collection Center will be closed Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.
- Chandler Flex will be operating on Friday, July 3, from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and have no service on Saturday, July 4.
