CHANDLER, Ariz. – Kovach Enclosure Systems, a long-established leader in the design and construction of innovative building enclosure systems, has signed a new lease to continue growing its operations in Chandler. The company will occupy 190,475 square feet across two buildings at the recently redeveloped Chandler Freeways Business Park, located at 6955 W. Morelos Place, near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Loop 202 in West Chandler.
Kovach has been in Chandler since 1970 and currently employs 365 people. The new space will serve as the company’s headquarters and is more than 50% larger than its current location in Chandler. It also offers modern, state-of-the-art industrial facilities designed to meet the company’s evolving operational needs.

The 15-year lease was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel, with Ryan Companies and Alidade Capital serving as the landlord and developer. The buildings are set for completion in Q3 2026, when Kovach will relocate their business operations.
