CHANDLER, Ariz. — Simpson Strong-Tie, one of the world’s largest suppliers of structural building products, is expanding its Chandler operations for the third time, recently signing a 67,000-square-foot lease at 2850 S. Cooper Road in Chandler Airport Business Park. The facility will include a training center, small manufacturing department, and warehousing.
The company has continued to grow its Chandler footprint since first locating approximately 12 years ago, starting with 22,000 square feet, then expanding to 32,000 square feet, and now making the jump to 67,000 square feet to support anticipated future demand for its products.
“This is what we’re calling Chandler 3.0,” said Andre El-Koury, Regional Director of Southwest Operations at Simpson Strong-Tie. “We know how important our Chandler facility is to support our customers, and that’s why we have continued to expand here.”

Simpson Strong-Tie plans to occupy the new Chandler 3.0 location later this fall and be fully operational by the start of 2026. The company currently employs 12 people at its Chandler site, expects to hire for a few new positions soon, and sees potential to double its headcount in the coming years.
