Phone calls to the Chandler Municipal Court may be answered by an AI-powered assistant. The assistant can provide routine court and case information and assist with general informational requests. The AI assistant cannot provide legal advice, approve requests such as rescheduling, or make court decisions. If you prefer to speak directly with a court clerk, please contact the Chandler Municipal Court during business hours Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Calls may be recorded for training purposes. Information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry and provide information to you via voice or text messaging.

    An AI-powered voice assistant may answer calls to Chandler Municipal Court.  The assistant can provide routine Court and case information. It cannot make Court decisions, rescheduling requests, or provide legal advice.   Calls may be recorded or transcribed for training purposes.        

    By providing your mobile phone number, you will receive informational SMS notifications (text messages) as requested by you from the AI Assistant, including:
    1. Court Operating Hours
    2. Chandler Courts Public Information 
    3. Directions to Chandler Municipal Courts
    4. Jury Information 
    5. Defensive Driving School Information 
    6. Messages are strictly informational; no marketing or promotional content will be sent.
       
  3. Agreement to Receive SMS messages
    Providing your cell phone contact will allow SMS notifications. Consent is voluntary, not pre-checked, and not a condition of service. 
     
  4. Message Frequency
    Message frequency depends upon the caller’s request to the Court AI assistant.
     
  5. Message & Data Rate
    Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
     
  6. Opt-In Instructions
    You may receive messages at any time by providing your mobile phone contact information to the Court AI assistant.

    Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Chandler Municipal Court is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

      No other personal data is required to receive SMS notifications.

    1. Send requested informational SMS notifications (text messages) (e.g., court operating hours, Chandler courts public information, directions to Chandler Municipal Courts, Jury information, Defensive driving school information)
    2. Confirm opt-in to receive SMS messages

    We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    Third parties may be used solely to facilitate message delivery, and they are contractually obligated to use your data only for this purpose.
