Special Events Exit Sign Detail
  1. The minimum width of any required Exit shall not be less than 6 feet.
  2. The number of Exits required will be based on occupant load and shall be evenly distributed around the perimeter fencing.
  3. Exits and Exit access shall be clear of any obstructions including food/merchandise vendors, attractions etc.
  4. Exits shall be marked by an Exit sign readily visible from any direction of Egress.
  5. Posted signs shall be 24”x 36”, red with white letters and of an approved legible design and shall be maintained by the applicant.
  6. Exit signs shall be a minimum of 6’ above the grade level.
  7. Exit signs shall be secured to prevent them from moving or turning.
