FAA Modernization Project Virtual Workshop
Don't miss this important upcoming opportunity to engage with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regarding proposed changes to instrument-based flight procedures at Chandler Municipal Airport.
The FAA is proposing updates to Performance-Based Navigation (PBN) procedures — the satellite-based systems that guide instrument arrivals and departures — at Chandler Municipal and other East Valley airports. These changes are part of the agency’s larger Phoenix Area Modernization Project.
Please note: this workshop covers instrument-based (IFR) arrivals and departures only. It does not address visual flight operations.

CHD Airport Manager Ryan Reeves will represent Chandler Municipal Airport (CHD) throughout the May 20 workshop. The FAA has already posted the slides specific to our airport on the project page linked above — we encourage you to review them in advance.
