Practitioners of all levels will discover the power of moving with intention and grace. Bring your own yoga mat.   Strictly Strength 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. Instructor:  Heather A muscle-pumping workout and strength-building fitness program designed to increase lean muscle and add overall definition to your entire body. We will use barbells and free weights to target all major muscle groups. This Tabata-style format increases your metabolism both during and after the workout, resulting in greater calorie expenditure and fat burn.   Dance Fitness 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Instructor:  Christina Dance your heart out to songs you know and love! This FUN, heart-pumping, dance, and hip-hop-inspired Mash Up includes fun choreography that will make you sweat, dance, and smile, ALL while providing a great workout! All dance and fitness levels are welcome!   Zumba 10:45 - 11:30 a.m. Instructor:  Melanie Perfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it!   All participants are now required to make advance reservations for Group Exercise Classes.
