A fitness-based workout incorporating sun salutations, basic yoga poses with flowing and more advanced postures as well as more upbeat music. This class can be modified for the beginner as well as the established yogi. Be ready to have fun and get a great workout. Recommended to bring your own yoga mat.
Strictly Strength
10 - 10:45 a.m.

This total-body strength training class focuses on your overall muscular strength and endurance, improves your bone density, core strength, joint mobility, and balance, as well as boosts your metabolism. Proper form and technique will be emphasized.
Zumba
10:45 - 11:30 a.m.

Perfect for Everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it!
