This system will not only help you perform everyday tasks and activities more easily, but will also improve your balance, flexibility, core strength, and overall muscle tone. Silver Sneakers® Classic8:30 - 9:15 a.m.Instructor: TerriHave fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.  High/Low Fitness9:30 - 10:15 a.m.Instructor: AllisaReminiscent of the aerobics glory days, High Low is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady-state cardio workout. Expect non-stop cardio and toning moves in easy-to-follow fitness choreography to music you know and love. Strictly Strength10:30 - 11:15 a.m.Instructor: TerriThis total-body strength training class focuses on your over-all muscular strength and endurance, improves your bone density, core strength, joint mobility, and balance, as well as boosts your metabolism. Proper form and technique will be emphasized. Power Strength5 - 5:45 p.m.Instructor: HeatherThis full-body strength training workout combines traditional strength training with total body leading-edge exercises using adjustable barbells, dumbbells, and body weight to make your muscles strong. This intermediate workout is athletic and challenging! It is recommended to have some prior weight-lifting experience. Beyond Barre6 - 6:45 p.m.Instructor: ClaudiaA hybrid workout Barre fitness class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Zumba6:15 - 7 p.m.Instructor: MattPerfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it!All participants are now required to make reservations for Group Exercise Classes. Beyond Barre

A hybrid workout Barre fitness class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training.
 

Zumba

6:15 - 7 p.m.

Perfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it!
