This standing class alternates upper-body strength work with low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits.
Strictly Strength
9:15 - 10:00 a.m.

A muscle-pumping workout and strength-building fitness program designed to increase lean muscle and add overall definition to your entire body. We will use barbells and free weights to target all major muscle groups. This Tabata-style format increases your metabolism both during and after the workout, resulting in greater calorie expenditure and fat burn.
Active Adults on the Move
10:30 - 11:15 a.m.

You are never too old to be healthy and strong. Come experience this challenging and fun blend of cardiovascular and muscular endurance class that focuses on increasing strength, stamina, balance, coordination, and flexibility. All exercises are performed standing, and you are not required to get down to the floor.
High / Low Fitness
4:30 - 5:15 p.m.

Reminiscent of the aerobics glory days, High Low is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady-state cardio workout. Expect non-stop cardio and toning moves in easy-to-follow fitness choreography to music you know and love.
XTREME Hip Hop Step
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

A cardio step aerobics class that is a revamp of traditional step aerobics and includes routines set to old and new school Hip Hop and R&B music that makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn. All fitness levels are welcome!
Zumba
6:15 - 7:00 p.m.

Perfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise! You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it!
