Chandler Aquatics registration is only accepted in-person or online.

With the Starfish curriculum, choosing the right lesson has never been easier. Simply pick a location, a time slot, and an age-based class. We will do the rest.

  • Parent-Child: Children 6 to 36 months old, paired with a guardian
  • Swim & Stroke School: All children 2 ½ to 13 years old (must be potty-trained and independently follow directions in a class structure)
  • Teen/ Adult Beginner: Anyone 14 years of age and older

Chandler Aquatics Administration will notify you should an opening become available. Notification may come as late as 48 hours before the start of the class. Please make sure your contact information is current and up-to-date to ensure you receive notification in a timely manner. If we cannot reach you, we will offer the space to the next person on the waitlist.

Birthday parties are not allowed during public swim and operational hours. Each facility is available for private rentals or birthday parties from May 1 through August 31. Rentals on Saturdays or Sundays are only available after our public swim hours. A three-week advanced notice is required to book a rental reservation, and a 25% non-refundable deposit, paid by credit card, is due at the time of reservation. Rental fees are determined by the facility, the number of people and the number of hours the facility of the reservation. Rentals require a two-hour minimum reservation.

A student may register for a maximum of one class per session.

If you wish to cancel your aquatics class/activity enrollment, you must do so at least three days before the class/session start date for a full refund. Cancellations are accepted online by directly withdrawing from the class or over the phone at 480-782-2756 or 2753.

Less than three days notice will result in 50% of the class fee being refunded. On the start date of class/session, no refund is issued.

If you wish to cancel your aquatics certification course enrollment, you must do so at least eight days before the class start date for a 50% refund. Cancellations received seven days or less will not be issued a refund. Cancellations are accepted online by directly withdrawing from the class or over the phone at 480-782-2756 or 2753. All transfers must be made five days prior to the start of the class.

Yes. If you need assistance to pay for swim lessons, please apply for the Goodwill Scholarship. For more information regarding our fee assistance program, please call 480-782-2727.

No, lesson fees are per session. For example, if the fee for a 25-minute class is $20, that fee covers the entire six-day session.

The City restricts the type of food and beverages that patrons may bring into aquatic facilities during public swim hours. Refer to the Outside Food & Beverage Policy for more information.
