Social Services
Working to enrich the lives of our senior adults, the Senior Center has become a core part of the aging community, encouraging organic engagement at, and long after, each day. Over the years, the Center has become a hub for information sharing, social services and a sanctuary for caregivers to receive much-needed support. From free medical screenings to Medicare guidance to group counseling, the Center is here to lend a helping hand. Site Council
A liaison between the Senior Center and Leadership, our Site Advisory Council’s contributions to the Senior Center are invaluable. Each year, in partnership with the Mayor’s Committee for Aging the Council, raises funds for entertainment, special meals, equipment, supplies and offers scholarships to help seniors attend classes and workshops they would not otherwise be able to attend.
Monthly Meetings allow seniors the opportunity to share their views and give ideas for future programs, activities and special events. Connect with the Council.
Facility Rentals
COVID-19 UpdateReservations for parties and group rentals have been temporarily suspended. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and evaluate the availability of future reservations as needed, in order to help prevent the virus spread in our community. |
Whether you’re celebrating a milestone moment or planning a meeting or a seminar for a nonprofit group, the Senior Center multi- purpose rooms are great venues to serve you and your guests.
