Public Property: Special Event Permit

Chandler is home to many events throughout the year from festivals to parades to runs and everything in between. The Special Events Office has worked hard to streamline the event permitting process while continuing to provide vital services that help make your event safe and successful. Should your organization want to host a festival or special event in the City of Chandler, the information below will assist you in your journey.

Announcement | Eproval: Special Event Application

As of October 1, 2025, the Special Events Office will ONLY be accepting event applications on Eproval.

The City of Chandler and the Special Events Office are pleased to announce the transition from our current application to Eproval. Eproval is an online application platform that will redefine our special event application process by making it more user-friendly, centralizing information, enhancing the communication and workflows, and allowing each user to have a historical database for all applications submitted.
