Through dynamic workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects, participants gain critical leadership skills, explore career pathways, and develop a professional mindset to succeed in their future endeavors.

LEAD Chandler: Emerging Leaders Cohort

LEAD Chandler: Emerging Leaders Cohort is a dynamic two-day program for young adults 17–24 to grow their leadership skills through hands-on workshops, team challenges, and real-world experiences. Participants explore civic engagement, ethical leadership, and emotional intelligence while connecting with local nonprofits, business leaders, and changemakers—leaving inspired, empowered, and ready to make a positive impact.

Deadline to apply is January 19, 2026.

Young adults ages 17–24 who live, work, or attend school in Chandler who have a passion for learning, leadership, or community involvement.

  • Advanced Leadership Workshops: Hands-on sessions with local professionals and mentors.
  • Group Service Project: Collaborate on team-based challenges to make a community impact.
  • Networking Sessions: Connect with peers, mentors, and community leaders.
