We are here to serve everyone in Chandler with compassion and respect, regardless of immigration status.

We recognize there are many questions surrounding the potential presence of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the City of Chandler. Therefore, we want to make our role clear in the event ICE or any other federal law enforcement agency conducts an operation in our city.

This page has been created to help address questions Chandler businesses and residents may have about immigration enforcement in our community.

Chandler Police do, however, by policy, respond to requests for assistance from law enforcement agencies at the local, state, tribal and federal level. Typically, that response would be to assist with traffic control, scene safety and police visibility in the area.

It's important to note that no agency is obligated to notify the Chandler Police Department of any pre-planned operation in our city.
