The Mayor and members of City Council are appreciative of invitations to attend and/or to speak at public engagements. However, due to their schedules may not always be able to attend every event they are invited to.

For best availability, please submit the request form at least one month prior to the event/engagement.

Please refrain from using the Mayor's or City Councilmember's name on any media or promotional materials until confirmation of attendance is given.
