CHANDLER, Ariz. — The City of Chandler’s Golden Neighbors program is back in session for the 2026–2027 year, kicking off this September with a free movie at Majestic Neighborhood Cinema Grill-Chandler, located at 4955 S. Arizona Ave. The free movie event will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15.
During the screening, attendees will receive free popcorn and beverages. RSVPs are encouraged by Wednesday, Sept. 9, to ensure there are enough snacks for all attendees. Mark your calendar for future Golden Neighbor events scheduled for:
- Thursday, Oct. 8, from 9:30–11 a.m. | Learn about the various transportation options for seniors in Chandler, as well as assistance with creating accounts to utilize ride services.
- Thursday, Nov. 12, from 9:30–11 a.m. | Learn about all the programs and services available through Chandler’s Neighborhood Resources Department during a ‘Thankful for Resources’ event.
