CHANDLER, Ariz. — Visit Chandler, the official destination marketing organization for the City of Chandler, is turning up the heat – after dark – with the launch of the Choose Chandler Summer Pass, themed around summer nights. The free digital pass serves as an evening itinerary guide, inviting locals and visitors alike to discover that a little Arizona warmth is no match for a great night out in Chandler.

The Summer Pass features 20 Chandler businesses and activities to start, with more being added in the coming days. From late-night bites and refreshing desserts to after-hours cocktails and evening entertainment, the pass is designed to show that summer in Chandler comes alive once the sun goes down.

“We know summer days in Arizona can be intense, but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop,” said Caly Strickler, tourism marketing coordinator with Visit Chandler. “The summer nights theme is all about showing people that Chandler has a vibrant evening scene with great spots to grab a drink after hours, delicious desserts, and plenty of things to do when the temperatures subside. We want residents and visitors to experience summer nights here.”

Registration is free at ChooseChandler.com – there is no app to download. Once registered, pass holders can check in at participating Chandler businesses and events using either a geo-location check-in or a QR code scan, as noted on each individual activity listing.

Every validated check-in earns points and automatically enters pass holders into a grand prize drawing featuring a "Weekend in Chandler" giveaway. Points also can be redeemed for exclusive summer prizes, including summer stickers, cooling towels, speakers or YETI cooler cans.
