CHANDLER, Ariz. – The Friends of Chandler Public Library invites the community to celebrate the Season of Friendship, a giving campaign dedicated to supporting literacy, learning and connection through the Chandler Public Library (CPL).
The campaign encourages residents to give back during the holidays by helping fund innovative programs and resources that keep CPL thriving. From STEAM and literacy programs to digital resources such as LinkedIn Learning, every gift helps expand library opportunities for all ages.
The Season of Friendship kicks off during National Friends of Libraries Week (Oct. 19–25) and runs through Jan. 16, 2026. The campaign embodies the generosity and community spirit of the holidays, reminding residents that supporting the Friends directly strengthens local library services.
“Libraries are connection hubs in our community, fostering accessible lifelong learning, connection and programs to residents of all ages,” said Tara Anglin, Chandler Public Library development and engagement program manager. “Through support from the Friends and the generosity of our community, we can increase and enhance our resources to our patrons. Whether it’s a child discovering the joy of reading or an adult pursuing new knowledge, the Friends make it possible for our libraries to truly serve everyone.”
Earlier this year, the Friends approved an investment of $100,000 to support CPL during the 2025–26 fiscal year.
Those wishing to make a gift during the Season of Friendship can donate to Friends of Chandler Public Library online or in person at any of Chandler’s four library locations.
