CHANDLER, Ariz. — The City of Chandler’s Golden Neighbors program continues its fall activities this October with a Medicare 101 presentation by community partner Oak Street Health. Seniors and their families will learn how to better understand and navigate Medicare and Medicare Advantage benefits, with practical tips for making informed health decisions. Bring your questions for these pros!
The free event will be held from 9:30-11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago St., in downtown Chandler.
To ensure the information is accessible to the Spanish-speaking community, a live Spanish interpreter will be available during the presentation.
Chandler residents planning to attend the October event may RSVP online at Golden Neighbors. Attendees also may RSVP by calling Neighborhood Programs staff at 480-782-4362.
Attendees are encouraged to save the date for upcoming Golden Neighbor 2025 events:
- Nov. 13 - featured presenter will be Hospice of the Valley to discuss making the most of your doctor’s visit
