Chandler neighborhoods* and nonprofits may check out a trailer stocked with basic yard care tools for neighborhood or facility cleanup events. The trailer is delivered to and from the neighborhood by City staff; residents are responsible for the safe use and return of all tools. There is no charge for this service.
