Commercial Waste Hauler Permit

The permit process is required to be completed each year for all commercial waste haulers wanting to do business in the City of Chandler. Applicants will need to acknowlegde/complete the following:

Please note that only these documents will be permitted.  No previous versions will be accepted. Do not leave any blanks.

Email: After completing the forms above, email copies of the following to Solid Waste Customer Service with the Subject Line: Commercial Hauler Permit.

  • Copy of Insurance Coverage for all vehicles
  • Copy of Maricopa County Permit to Operate (per vehicle)

Pay: Upon completion you will be prompted to pay the following fees online or via check:            

  • Application Fee - $300
  • Vehicle Fee - $1,000 per vehicle
