The permit process is required to be completed each year for all commercial waste haulers wanting to do business in the City of Chandler. Applicants will need to acknowlegde/complete the following:
Acknowledge that you have read and understand the following:
- Chandler City Code, Chapter 44
- Insurance Coverage Requirements
- Arizona Revised Statute - 28-1098.
- Vehicle loads; restrictions; exception; civil penalties.
Please note that only these documents will be permitted. No previous versions will be accepted. Do not leave any blanks.
- Commercial Waste Hauler Application and Questionnaire
- Pollution Form
- Workers’ Compensation Waiver Form
- Only if company owners drive their vehicles and have no employees
Email: After completing the forms above, email copies of the following to Solid Waste Customer Service with the Subject Line: Commercial Hauler Permit.
- Copy of Insurance Coverage for all vehicles
- Copy of Maricopa County Permit to Operate (per vehicle)
Pay: Upon completion you will be prompted to pay the following fees online or via check:
- Application Fee - $300
- Vehicle Fee - $1,000 per vehicle
Please submit forms and fees by June 30.
