Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete your business registration and license renewal. Be sure to have your Customer Number and Customer PIN available. These numbers can be found on the correspondence you received by mail.
1. From any page on the City website, select the "Pay" dropdown menu from the black navigation menu at the top of the page and select: Business Registration/License Renewal.
2. From the Pay or View Bills screen, select Business Registration and Licensing Renewal.
3. Enter your Customer Number and Customer PIN, then select: Search Invoices.
4. Select the invoice(s) you would like to pay, and then select: +Add selected invoices to your cart.
5. Verify your selections, then select: Proceed to Checkout.
6. Select your method of payment, and then select: Continue to Payment Information.
7. Enter your payment information, including your email address, and then select: Continue to Review Payment.
8. Review your information, and if no changes are needed, select: Process Payment.
9. The final screen will confirm your payment, and allow you the option to print a receipt. You will also receive an email confirmation of your payment.
