Group Fitness Classes Return

We're excited to announce our signature Group Exercise Classes are heading outdoors. Classes will resume in the Courtyard on Monday, Oct. 19 at 8:15 a.m. We've limited capacity to 12 participants and set up each session to ensure every member has at least a 6-foot radius of their own space. During the workouts, instructors will offer verbal and visual coaching cues, but won’t make any hands-on adjustments. Note: To ensure we can provide adequate distance for all members throughout class, late entry is not allowed.

 

Registration Required

To encourage physical distancing and ensure everyone has plenty of space to workout. We’ll also be monitoring capacity with careful processes for booking, check-in, and check-out. All members are now required to make advance reservations for Group Exercise Classes. You will need to have an ActiveNet Account in order to register for these services.

A rapid fat-burning class that incorporates weights to tone and condition the body. It is an all-level workout that breathes life back into barbell programs with the ability and variety to focus on specific muscle groups.

 

Zumba Gold

Ditch the workout and join the party! This dance-fitness format combines fast and slow rhythms of cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, calypso and salsaton set to Latin and international music. This dynamic, exhilarating, and effective workout known as an “exercise in disguise”, aims to help tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves! No dance experience required.
