Whether you’re looking to diversify your workout regime or find a new way to sweat, we have you covered. Our group fitness classes offer tons of physical and mental benefits. We're reduced our class capacity to ensure all members have plenty of room to workout, safely. Classes are currently available indoors and outdoors.

This system will not only help you perform every task and activity more easily but will also improve your balance, flexibility, core strength, and overall muscle tone.   Silver Sneakers® Classic 8:30 - 9:15 a.m. Instructor:  Melanie This beginner-friendly class emphasizes low-impact aerobics and strength training. Set to music, you'll strengthen your upper body with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers® ball.   High / Low Fitness 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. Instructor:  Allissa Reminiscent of the aerobics glory days, High Low is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady-state cardio workout. Expect non-stop cardio and toning moves in easy-to-follow fitness choreography to music you know and love.   Strictly Strength 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. Instructor:  Heather A muscle-pumping workout and strength-building fitness program designed to increase lean muscle and add overall definition to your entire body. We will use barbells and free weights to target all major muscle groups. This Tabata-style format increases your metabolism both during and after the workout, resulting in greater calorie expenditure and fat burn.   Power Strength 5 - 5:45 p.m. Instructor:  Lori Get fitter and stronger when you combine traditional strength training with leading functional exercises, using barbells, free weights, and body weight. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout.    Beyond Barre 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. Instructor:  Monique Fusing the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Beyond Barre delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic but will sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape.   Zumba 6 - 6:45 p.m. Instructor:  Scheyla Perfect for everybody! An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music. Exercise in disguise!
