Whether you’re looking to diversify your workout regime or find a new way to sweat, we have you covered. Our group fitness classes offer tons of physical and mental benefits. We're reduced our class capacity to ensure all members have plenty of room to workout, safely. Classes are currently available indoors and outdoors.

Registration Required

To encourage physical distancing and ensure everyone has plenty of space to workout. We’ll also be monitoring capacity with careful processes for booking, check-in, and check-out. All members are now required to make advance reservations for Group Exercise Classes. You will need to have an ActiveNet Account in order to register for these services.

Torch major calories with this cardio and abs sculpting workout. The 30-minute HIIT-based session specifically targets the abdominal and oblique areas of the body - blasting fat away.
