Rodney Henderson, Bachelor's in Fitness Wellness and NSCA-CPT, National Strength & Conditioning Association, and Pursuing Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certification
Rodney's training philosophy is “to help people attain healthy goals with concepts of strength and conditioning through a proper, injury free, training progression.” Those concepts are based on increasing performance at all levels of physical fitness; beginner, intermediate, and advanced, through functional training that translates to healthy everyday movement at work, recreation, or sports. Increasing performance results in decreased bodyfat percentage, muscle and cardiovascular conditioning, increase in lean muscle and muscle mass, increase in mobility, and feeling better overall.

Rodney's experience and knowledge is diverse. He is proficient with TRX, all aspects of functional training; medicine ball, plyometric, speed and agility, flexibility and recovery, bodyweight, balance and stabilization, group/ team training, testing, and weight training. He has worked with college and high school athletes to clients with health and mobility limitations.

Kelly Huber, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified
Kelly's passion for fitness started when she was a child who excelled in gymnastics. Her future as a gymnast was cut short by knee issues at the age of 12 and bilateral knee surgeries at 16, but her passion for fitness did not stop there. She played various recreational sports on her road to physical recovery, but didn't find her true niche for personal training until she started lifting weights in college. After graduating in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, she worked in the corporate setting for several years, but always felt like something was missing.

In 2012, she became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and worked independently as a one-on-one and group personal trainer for nearly two years. Her passions in the field of personal training re-emerged in 2017, and she has since re-certified as an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She may look like a familiar face, as you will find Kelly working out at the TRC almost every day!

Kelly is eager to help her clients find a joy and sense of strength that comes with working out. She prides herself in pushing her body and mind to change and grow, and hopes to instill that same drive in her clients.
