Special Programs - December 2025
Hard Conversations Group
1st Monday of each month
Dec. 1 | 1:30 – 3 p.m.
Misconceptions on Aging
Meet up for a monthly interactive presentation designed for older adults to explore the deeper, often difficult conversations around aging—topics like loss of independence, changing relationships, grief, identity, and end-of-life planning. In a safe, respectful space guided by an experienced facilitator, participants can share stories, ask questions, and reflect together without judgment. Each presentation will equip you with valuable resources and, at the very least, offer a space to speak freely about the good, the bad, and the uncomfortable sides of aging.
Travel Tips and Tales
3rd Thursday of each month
Dec. 18 | 2 - 3 p.m.
Multigenerational Travel
Join seasoned travelers, Cruisin’ Couple Travel Agency, as they bring the world to our doorstep. These presentations feature practical travel tips—including packing smart, senior-friendly destinations, and navigating travel logistics—as well as fascinating stories from real adventures around the globe. Whether you're planning a trip or simply love learning about new places, these presentations offer a fun way to stay curious, connected, and inspired. Come explore with us—no passport required!
