On Oct. 1, the City of Chandler is transitioning from the current PDF special events application to Eproval, an online system. Eproval is an application platform that will redefine our special event application process by making it more user-friendly, centralizing information, enhancing the communication and workflows, and allowing each user to have a historical database for all applications submitted.
The special events team is hosting two in-person training sessions that will cover creating an eProval account, submitting an application, understanding the new communication process within the system and other helpful topics.
Training sessions will be held at Chandler City Hall, 175 S. Arizona Ave., Training Rooms A and B.
